As per eBay email received 21/4
"If you don’t receive a notification, there is no other action required at this time. We’re enabling sellers whose business matches best with the features offered at present. As we continue to expand our features, we’ll keep you informed and notify you to register when we can support the needs of your business."
If your not registered as a business on eBay you probably did not get an email.

Interesting that they are telling people who DID get the email, that if you don't receive a notification, there is no other action required at this time. How would the member know that without getting the email?
My head hurts!!

I've read through a thread over on the US which asked what happens if you had a deadline to register and don't - an eBay rep replied (as they actually do have people who work for eBay, and who answer questions ) and said you can't create new listings - I assume this to mean no relists, either, once the the listing duration on any current listings runs out, but any current listings can still be purchased as normal until they end.
They have the same deadline as we do with people being switched over on the 20th - one person has now posted in that thread to advise they can't create new listings, so I'm guessing that will start to take effect here as well (in other words, if you got an email to register and opted not to, you may want to list as much as you can while you still can).
