turbo lister ...error message

My item won't list because Turbo Lister says:
"Please enter a valid Zip code"
Hope someone can tell me what it means and how I can fix it!

postage options>edit>item location...does this have your postcode in it ?

Have you been using TL for a while? If not it sounds like you may be using the US version so if you have just downloaded the program you need to uninstall it and download the Aussie version.
If that is not your problem then try usng an existing, successfully uploaded, listing and editing that to see if it works.
It says in this book I am reading that by 2065 80% of women will be overweight.
See what a trendsetter I am?

Update (and backup) daily.
If in doubt and you don't do regular updates - Tools> Install Complete System Update.

I looked and my postal code is in the right place.
I've been using the same TL for ages and doing the downloads every week or so.
I'll use another successful template and edit it.
