I am posting this on behalf of my daughter. 99.9% of her sales are books.
She has a few old listings of china etc on.
She received a very negative feedback from a buyer.
He basically said that the scarf which he bought was awful etc etc.
She has never sold scarves and as a result of this, her rating has dropped quite a bit.
She has messaged the buyer who does not respond.
She says she has spoken to ebay who were no help.
I assume this was through the dreaded bot.
She is going through a lot of personal problems and has no space in her head to keep chasing this up.
Is there any way to contact a person on ebay, does anyone know please.
Her sales have dropped since her rating has dropped.
Any help would be much appreciated, thanks in advance.

If the negative feedback comment relates to an item other than what was advertised, the feedback qualifies for removal.
Tell your daughter to contact an eBay agent via the "Help" hyperlink found at the top and/or bottom of every page.
As long as she sticks to the facts - i.e. the feedback relates to an item which was not included in the transaction - they will remove the feedback fairly quickly. It can take up to 48hrs before it's no longer viewable in her account

That's one of the reasons given for removal of negative feedback
Tell your daughter to go to Live Help and when she gets to the automated assistant, ask to speak to a supervisor

Yes, you definitely need to get onto a real person, not just the bot.
Do as the others said.
If she contacts ebay help she may at first be talking to a Bot but if she continues and asks for assistant or says the problem has not been answered or whatever, a real person will eventually come on.
Keep it simple, keep to the fact that it is feedback for an item she never sold.
