Tell him to go into his paypal account and click on the transaction where it says refund this payment.

That will take him to the transaction and all he has to do is type in the amount he is refunding you and then press refund.

How hard is that to do lol.

Good luck receiving the cash and if you do receive it then either one of you will need to close the case and by the looks of it it might have to be you as OP won't know how to do that either lol
