When is Ebay going to update listing postage options for the new increase?

Does anyone know when Ebay is going to alter the listing options in Ebay and Turbo Lister for the new postage rates coming in January?  Most of my items are letter rate so I would like to start the change-over as soon as possible.

I am guessing the alterations won't be done before the new rates.

Either exactly when the rates come in or a few days after, latter being more likely.

But either way you would want the new rates showing a few days before so I would bulk edit the listings to show new rates 4-5 days before depending on your handling time.
