I receives many messages from the Global collectio ebay they charges me the fee that I don't understand and do not know what is it, Few months ago they took. the fee through my Pay pal but after that ebay take the refund from them to me. Now what can I do, because my account is on hold and can not do anything. Could you give me the advice about that matter.
