I'm trying to revise a listing by adding dimensions to the description. When I go to "revise" listing it asks me to log on. I enter my username & password, hit enter & then it keeps taking me back to the same login page. No error messager or anything. It just keeps taking me back to same page. After reading a message, I click My Ebay and the message number, like Messages (1) shows again although that message was read.   I find I then need to click again on My Ebay, then again on Messages then back to My Ebay for the number to disappear.   It is very frustrating because you think there is still an unread message (1) in your messages, you click on Messages only to see there are no more new messages??   Can Ebay look into this as I have found every other member is experiencing the same problem.   Some member just keep replying to the same answered messages just to clear their Messages (1) and so on back and forth.   Thank you 🙂 ... I purchased an item from the seller ohmymissbeccajane Seller's account link: http://www.ebay.com.au/usr/ohmymissbeccajane I was thereafter contacted by a 'friend' of the seller, informing me that the seller had been in an accident and was no longer able to complete transactions/ continue selling items from their store. I was politely apologised to and promised a refund within two weeks of this dilemma. This message was sent to me on September 13th 2013. It has long passed two weeks now and still no refund for my paid for, unsent item. I requested a refund again by contacting the seller recently, only to find their account has been closed down, without refunding me.
