Some of the e-mails from ebay that I have received today, have the word ***PHISHING*** in the subject line.  They were informing me that one of my items had been sold.  When I logged on, the item showed as sold accordingly.  Should I be worried, that this is not a legit ebay correspondence? Hi, I purchased an item and the system wont let me leave feedback for the seller as it says" the purchase was over 60 days ago or I didn't have the transaction." The purchase did happen less than 60 days ago (about 21 days) in fact. Is there a way around this? I didn't leave Feedback straight away as I had a small issue to ask the seller to deal with.   this seller was a low base seller in australia, listed 20+ devices at $60.00 a piece.   the listing was removed by ebay, yet its parent company insisted on taking the money from my account and giving the fraudulent seller, over 2 weeks to provide a tracking number (on a chinese item) purported to be from an australian seller.   why is ebay and paypal giving scammers such oportunities and NOT viewing ALL (low activity sellers) listings beforehand?   i believe ebay and paypal are doing this for monetary gain of holding buyers funds in its account and receiving interest on MY money before obeying the LAWS of Australia first and foremost!!! I sold an item to a person and it was returned 2 weeks later with a note that the address was incomplete.  I sent it to the address supplied.  I then emailed the buyer to tell her what had happened but have not heard from her one week later.  I do not know what to do now as it has been 3 weeks since I first sent the item to her.  I am unable to contact ebay as it does not fit into the category of the "questions".  Any advice please ... I am having an issue with relisting items which have got mulitple quantities or variations.   Say I start with 30 items under one listing using varitaions, I sell 9 during the 10 day listing period.  Than I go to relist or let the system relist it will relist the full 30 items although I only have 21 left.  Which means I have to go count each item to determine which varitaions have sold.  Plus I run the risk of someone buying something that has already being sold, but Ebay putting up the wrong quantities,  I would have thought it would relist what was left over at the end of the previous listing. ...
