Last night I was bidding on an item. I was right at the point of bidding and when I pressed "confirm bid" the screen changed to "enter the ebay site and enter the password" I couldn't believe it and by the time I got back to the ebay item that I wanted, of course the item was finished. The item sold for $14.00 0r $16.00 whereas my bid was for over $40.00. Clearly I would have won the item - I feel angry that this has happened and feel that the item its rightfully mine. I will not have confidence bidding in the future if this is what can happen. I have a perfect 100% score of over 500 - so I am a very fair person. Will ebay intervene on this case and rule in favour of me winning this item. eBay item number: 281200320052 I will wait to hear. Please treat this as urgent as the owner of the item wants a resolution of course. Thank you,

items take 6 to 8 weeks before arrival, go to do FEEDBACK....and the item is GONE from my purchase queue, this is happening quite afew times, why does it disappear after afew weeks.....?????????????? HOW can I do feeedback for the sellars ?????? Kind Regards Audrey WESTMACOTT

I used to be able to save a seller and add a comment about the seller at the same time. This way if was easier to search my saved sellers to find a particular company. Has something changed or is their a problem? Regards Lesley

how do i fix the summary page most times i log in lately and the summary page is all writing to the left if the screen and it takes forever for the items being watched to load it is frustrating

I sold two items today, and several others finished their listing without sales. I did not receive the usual email notifications from ebay, nor did I receive the payment advises from paypal. Has anyone else experienced this today? I know that my email system is working as I have been receiving normal mail.

I cant stand the the window that pops up on top of the photo everytime i look at something (eg 11 people viewing ) . I have to click on the x everytime as its in the way of the photo , ireally dont care how many people are looking at it and its anoyong after a while .

ebay adds at the top of my account are driving me nuts slowing down my searches , is it just me? ive been selling for years and up until a couple of days ago had no problem this is annoying , dosent ebay make enough money of my fees!!!!

Hi there. Cannot sign in to edit items for sale or add more photos...sign in page just repeats. There are no bidders yet and still have $350 worth of fee free selling.Is this a technical issue? Why is it so difficult to find a contact phone number to speak to someone at ebay? ...cheers and thanks

I have a lot of things on my purchase list , some I have not paid for. I put a tick on two items & then clicked archive. And Bingo everything is gone, & I can't get them back. It says, "You do not have any purchases to display in this view." Please help. Mark.

Every time I try to list free postage I get a message saying to enter a valid amount and edit my listing. If I enter a postage amount it lets me list and then I have to revise the item to successfully list free postage. Anyone else having the same problem?

items appear to have disappeared from my purchase history i hadn't left feed back as the items hadn't arrived when they or the replacement items the company sent did arrive i went to leave feed back but my purchase history shows items before and after these purcases but not these ones and idea what could have happened i have the items so no big deal i'm just curious

I have Apple computer and in the last 4 days it has stopped showing the pictures in "my list" or "selling" etc until I go into item??? Just a circle keeps spinning over pic area in each item & pic never pops up until I go into the item. Very annoying as it takes forever to view any searches I make!!!!! My account works perfectly on Microsoft computer at work!!!! Please some computer geek out there can you advise what is happening???? Thanks muchly, K

I have come across a seller who completely bypasses dispute and feedback by agreeing to refund or replace and then not following through. Why does ebay allow this to happen. Circumstances supplied To whom it may concern, I bought this item in july and it took 3 weeks to arrive from China. When I received the phone within 2 days I contacted the seller and informed them that it would not charge. In the next 2 weeks I bought a battery and battery charger whilst trying al remedial actions that the seller asked me to take. During this time I also found that the phone would not switch to high speed data transmission and informed the seller of this problem also. I also sent the seller some links to web pages that stated that these were common faults with this phone. The seller offered an exchange phone and I informed them that this would not resolve the data problem and that I would prefer a refund. The seller agreed and asked me to return the phone for assessment and refund. The phone arrived back in China and the post service tried unsuccessfully to deliver it on the 13 th of September. I contacted the seller and told them of the attempt and that the post service had left a note to inform them that they were holding the parcel. They said they did not receive a note and would go to the post office to ask about it and they said the post office there had a problem and that the was a Chinese holiday and they would not be contactable for 4 or 5 days. The post office informed me the parcel was delivered and signed for on the 5 th of October and by the 12 th of October I had received no contact from the seller so I wrote to them and asked why they had not contacted me and that I would open a dispute if the did not resolve the issue again. I have not received any answers since they asked me not to open any disputes which was over a month ago. It is my belief that they have used delay tactics to push this case beyond dispute times. Can you please ask them to give me my money back ? Thankyou Brian

A buyer chose to pay only standard postage not Item Tracking (also offered) and now claims they have not received the item. Am I going to have to repay this money? in full? for their decision? This is the first time this has happened in my approximate 100 transactions.

I have a bidder who has complained his further bid are been restricted. I would not be so rude to a bidder or so stupid. I have recently returned to EBAY after a break of two years. and need all the bidders i can get, not restrict them. Sine returning to EBAY I have sold a grand total of $36 worth of material @a cost to me of $85 plus. those figures explain it would be ridiculous to restricya keen buyers bids. Pleas Ebay fix this problem , I would prefer not to be directed to your "help pages} without the help of an Lawyer they are impossible! Thank you Doug <removed> [ de.mot]
