How do I look at the Want-it-Now section? I can't get into it, and I can't contact ebay about it. It seems we can't email them. There used to be a phone number, but even that seems to have gone.

Ebay needs to re-evaluate listing criteria in relation to classic / collectable motorcycles.I have noticed a rapid increase in dealer's ads for NEW bikes in this category.Clearly,they are neither classic nor collectable.

I usually leave my ebay open to keep check on sales. They only way I seem to be able to "refresh"is to go out & come back in. There must be an easier way that I am missing

ebay sent me a cancel transaction request. stating if i agreed to it the case would be closed. instead i entered a query as to what was happening. you closed the case without my consent. i did not agree to cancel the sale or wish to do such. if you have such a option. Have a CONFIRM option don't seek to auto resolve cases that are being queried.. very unsatisfied customer with ebay at the moment

Anyone else have this problem, I am getting all my new EBay item alert emails coming in as long gobbledygook text. All my other emails from different sources are fine. This is on my Ipad and its never been a problem before. I have checked my settings and all seem to be correct, and if there was something wrong in that department surely all my emails would be scrambled like it. Its very confusing, anyone else have this problem ? thanks

I am trying to set up the ebay synchronisation, I can log into ebay through Nominal and click I Agree when prompted to grant the access code for Nominal Connector. But no ebay user token apears in the Nominal sync box?

The Watch List now contains a section titled 'Items you’re watching', how can I remove this new section ? The new section just wastes page space and repeats detailsof items I already see in the normal Watch List.

I'm having difficulty navigating my new dell computer with windows 8. In particular with uploading photos. In basic uploader, the browse button doesn't appear to be there. And in the newer standard uploader, I can select the photos but can not select the upload button?

Ok so I am really about to give up on ebay! This happens to me EVERY TIME I come back to sell on ebay. I write out my description, put up the photos, go to a lot of work and when I go to the next page or go to list ebay asks me to sign in.. BUT when I sign in it comes back to the window and asks me to sign in again and again.. it just gets stuck there. I usually have to close the window, go back to ebay again where the listing is ALWAYS gone and no its never in the draft. There will be sometimes a previous one but not the one of which I was workingon. This happens every time I come to ebay, I have contacted customer support on previous occasions and have spent collectively, hours on the phone to them. They always say its the cookies or cache and in the end say they can't help and have never heard of the problem affecting anyone else before - which is untrue as I have seen other people asking but not receiving advice previously. So I just wanted to clarify Yes I am putting in my password correctly, no caps etc Yes I have tried clearing the cache and cookies I would appreciate any advice as this all takes time that I don't have Thank you

Hi I usually print my invoices using the "ALL" option (address label, invoice / packing slip, invoice for your own records) . Since last week it is printing in tiny print and doesn't break to a new page before printing the invoice for my records. Anyone else having troubles? Thanks Anne

my message box shows I have 1 message when I have none in any box. and I have looked right through my messages for an unread one but there are none. This has been the case for weeks now. How can I reset it back to zero unread messages?

I recently tried to update my 'About ME page' and now it only displaying in the HTML format. I deleted the whole thing and started afresh with a new page but it is still doing the same thing. I have it set to the 'standard' setting so there is no apparent reason for this error?

I'm having a browse at listings and the thumbnails are showing up but when I click to look at the listing, the "image not available" shows. This is happening on all listings, not just some categories 😞

When I choose an item to look at I cannot look at all the photos and use all the other options (eg watch list). Ebay dosn't have an option to ask them directly about this problem. Help please. Very very frustrating.

It's becoming very annoying not being able to unsubscribe from EBay Deals, every time I try it flicks to another screen that says: we are experiencing technical difficulties at the moment, please try again later! Well it might be time for EBay to employ better Tech officers so they can fix this annoying problem, but apart from that its an amazing & exciting site, LOVE it, except for those stupid deals, all the best Dex.

My log in page has changed and it is just a plain typed thing with plain boxes. When I try to buy things it is the same. Its like there is no HTML. It is very annoying
