I purchased a crash camera from an Tiawan compamy through Ebay. the camera instructions were in Chinese. I can not read the camera. the instruction leaflet is in English, but the camera is in Chinese. The company is called <Removed> the product is vehicle data recorder HD 1080 VDR Camrea Dash Video Recorder 2.7" Crash G-sensor night vision   the above email is the only contact I have. I received a complaint through eBay from a buyers who said his purchase hadn't arrived. eBay gave me three days to respond, however when I click on the Respond Now button my account opens and I get a message saying "Oops, we had a technical hiccup". I tried a different method of responding, going into the Resolution Centre and clicking on Take action next to the complaint details. This time I got a message saying "We are unable to process your request". I tried both these procedures last night and this morning with the same result. I am rather concerned as I would like to ask the buyer to allow another week or so for the article to arrive. If I cannot responf within three days eBay will take matters into its own hands. Oops, other post in wrong forum. Try again.   I am getting really fed up with Ebay these days. It used to be very easy to find an item by entering a specific string that ought to be part of the specification (like 50w 220v) and you would get a list of single (auction/buyitnow) items matching those specs and you could then sort by time ending ot price.   This has all gone by the wayside with the new multiple item lisintg rules. Ebay needs to clamp down on all this mixed bag multiple item listing clickbait as it is now becoming VERY time consuming to find any specific item.   These days when you search for any specific item 'buy it now' all you get are thousands of mixed item auctions at price ranges anywhere from 1 to 99 dollars so sorting by price or searching on a specific description is useless as all you get is a plethora of clickbait listings professing to sell the item you are after for one dollar and and Ebay expect you to click through up to 6 drop down selectable items on each auction to actually see what the price is and even if they have any stock. It is never one dollar lol. Normally they will have one of the mixed items at a dollar like an "LED bead", and the item you actuall want is closer to $20.  Of course you know that before you 'go in' but you have to go through the whole palaver just to get the price.   It is like being in a Morrocan bazaar with all the BS that you have to wade through.   Ebay has become a HUGE waste of time as searching for a good deal on any item now takes ---> hours <---.   This is NOT what "Information Technology" is all about! It is supposed to make life EASIER, not HARDER!!!   At the VERY LEAST can Ebay provide a checkbox where buyers can choose to filter by "single item" auctions? But the practice ought to be banned, listing a one dollar LED bead along with a fifty dollar flood light merely to gain listing price priority.   If Ebay does not fix this problem, people like me will jump ship to another platform that can provide clear concise search results should one ever become available.  Just becasue at the moment Ebay have cornered the market does not mean it will last.   Any other buyers extremely annoyed with the time consuming listing practices of sellers these days?     ... Am I the only one who cannot access my Account as a result of Security Key Issue notification of denial of access? Two phone calls and one detailed email explanation to email, and suggest remedy were absolutely useless. Initial unsatisfactory reply was that they were experienceing Security Key problems and the problem would be fixed within 2 days; still waiting after 5 days. In the last week or so I have been unable to to see the photos of items in the list view of my watch list -i can see the photo when i click on the item description and all other photos on searches and other parts of Ebay are ok .It makes it rather annoying when you just want to scroll through your watch list .Ive tered clearing cookies and cache bt that did nothing .Im using Google Chrome but the same thing happens if I use Firefox as well .Does anyone have any suggestions ? ... Hi, for the past month or so whenever I goto  My Ebay my watch list shows up sometimes but mostly not. What's going on? I have to keep clicking on My Ebay to try and get my watch list to show up. Just wondering if anyone else has experienced this. I agreed with a buyer to allow them to pick up an item tomorrow (Thursday). They have just called and texted me tonight (Wednesday) 9:15pm demanding my address and saying they are on the way.
