So recently i've had trouble with a customer in which they have stated that they can't purchase my item due to it saying after putting in details, "Can't make transaction choose different payment method or revise billing."It was something like that but I've looked through my ebay settings and payment options it says my pay-out card is fine and there isn't anything needed to be verified within my banking and payment area on ebays settings. Help me.

I am not sure what you mean by pay out card?
Is this for the same pair of sneakers you've already sold twice and now have listed again?
Might be something more to do with selling limits as you are new and have sold the same sneakers twice already, plus the ones listed now, along with the eBay Authenticity Guarantee for Sneakers?
Just a thought
And you have confirmed everything required for Managed Payments already?
How long ago?
OR maybe as simple as a usual Friday glitch

Are these the Yeezy's that you've "sold" twice already ? I do hope that you opened a non-payer claim (unless you had 3 pairs of them) otherwise you'll be paying eBay fees on the sales. Note you only have 30 days to action that.

Edit. G'day Sandy.......

So how have you managed to sell the same sneakers twice before?
Like Sandy, I'm curious too, as they have to go through the Sneaker Verification Program

Maybe the problem is at the buyer's end??
