Aus Post International Standard listed as no longer available after item purchased by buyer

I sold something yesterday that I initially chose Australia Post International Standard for. The buyer is in America and when I try to generate a shipping label, it's coming up as No Service Available.

I messaged the buyer right away to let them know and I haven't received a reply back from them yet.

Any ideas?

eBay has disabled the standard Australia Post International label option for U.S.-bound packages on their platform.

This is all about collecting the U.S. tariff from you. The eBay system is not set up to do this, so removing the service from the available options was the easiest fix. If I recall correctly, the original service suspension happened back in July 2025.

You can still send International Standard shipments to the U.S. using MyPost Business if you link a free Zonos account... or you can lodge the parcel over the counter at your local PO and they will collect the tariff from you at the time of lodgement.

Alternatively, you can use an alll courier service who will collect the tariff from the buyer.
