I try to get into customer service to report an obvious BUG and I get lost in a sea of irrelevance! What, don't you want to hear about BUGS in your software that prevent business from transpiring, eBay employers? Just how bad do you want eBay to lose sales?

Initial BUG: https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/202431284110 <-- Go to the "postage and payments" tab and enter ANY VALID AUSTRALIAN POSTCODE and I guarantee it will say "Postage cost can't be calculated. Please enter a valid postcode."... The seller lives in postcode 3690 so you could try that, for example, and see that your postcode validator is extremely broken...
Please respond to these two bugs separately. They're both kind of extremely important for your company, from a useability perspective both of these bugs will turn people away from the site quick smart...

Sorry to tell you but eBay staff neither read nor run this forum
I am am not sure how you have tried to get in contact with eBay, have you used the help tab at the bottom of the page to phone them?
Pretty sure it it is too late in the day now, but the have us call you option would be best, emails are only auto-bot replies
But if you are waiting for a response from eBay here, it will be a very very long time indeed

When you created the listing, did you enter the weight and dimensions? It could be that it can't calculate because it's too heavy for Aust Post. What type of postage did you select? Standard, or did you enter a courier option?
