Buyer followup on sellers followup not saving

On a small number of occasions in the past I have left a seller feedback to which the seller has then added a followup reply to my feedback. I then have had the option to provide a followup reply to their followup reply.  Currently, this option is available and an 80 character reply can be typed into a text box but on submission it is NOT being saved to the sellers feedback for the item. 

Is this a glitch or has the facility been turn off?

BUT, luckily I decided to have another quick look at the original listing.... and lo an behold,  you paid  $12.00  for standard post, and it would appear that that is exactly what you got.

So I will stick with my original assesment.    Poor Form
