This morning I tried to sign out of my account but instead received a message "We looked everywhere. Looks like this page is missing". I didn't have this problem when I tried to do the same thing in Firefox. This has not happened before. I am trying to sign out so that I can sign in to my other eBay account.

Still playing up Saturday afternoon. I hit sell similar on an item, which prompted me to log in, as I hadn't logged in for a few days. I was then able to change accounts. Of course, that will be a one off, as I won't be prompted to log in for at least another 24 hours.
Does wanting to end a listing prompt you to log in? I can't remember.

Whenever I have ended an item I have always had to log in.

We've been having the same problem logging out since yesterday and we're using Firefox. We hav e 2 other accounts and we can't log out and log in to the other accounts. It's maddening and frustrating !!!!!!!!!!!! We also don't know how to delete Ebay cookies. Can anyone help us with the cookies please ?

And now I can't log out on either Chrome or Firefox, or any other browser either. Not happy.

I googled it when I needed to clear them.
Using Chrome - click on the 3 dots at top right of window,
Click on "settings"
Click on "privacy and security" at left of page
Click on the arrow to the right of "site settings"
Click on "Cookies and site data"
Click on "see all cookies and site data"
Search cookies for "ebay"
Click on "remove all shown"
Click on "clear all"
Hope this helps.

Click on the 3 dots at the top right (it could be a red arrow if an update is available), then click on settings.
Scroll down to Privacy and Security and then click on Clear Browing history. In the pop up, click "advanced" and unselect everything except cookies and cache. Change the dropdown at the top (time range) to All Time. Then hit Clear Data. It could take a bit to clear out if it's not been done before. Go and make a cuppa while it does its thing. The pop up will close once the clearing is done.

I tried clearing cookies but it had no effect. I thought the problem was fixed yesterday because later in the day I was able to log out. A few hours later it was back.

We found that we can force a log out by clearing cookies, but we have to make sure to close all eBay windows before we clear the cookies, otherwise it doesn't work.

I managed to log out by clearing cookies while not in eBay, but this is a lot of trouble when one is switching back and forth between accounts. I wonder if eBay is experiencing difficulties at the moment. I tried to print a postage label but found that even though my request had been processed and I received an email telling me it was ready, I couldn't download it for printing and had to cancel it.
