My ebay payments stopped 25/09/2021. I am a 9 year top rated ebay seller and have discussed this problem with chat agents 6 times up until 11/10/2021. The agent answers are vague and they keep referring to a global technical issue but they won't tell me what the issue actually is. I have been on ebay managed payments since October 2020 and I suspect that it is connected to this but still no answer. Extremely frustrating.

try one more time...ask to speak to a supervisor...do you have a store? If so, ask that your fees are refunded....quote their own policies at them....good luck!

Thanks I have tried several more times but I am still getting the same answers that it is a "technical issue and will be resolved in 48 hours" I have also received confirmation from each agent that my account is up to date and does not require any more information. I have lodged a complaint with the ACCC and I will also be lodging a complaint with Victorian regulators.

Depending on what the issue is, it could be that ebay are prohibited from divulging that information to you.
Issues around managed payments, can also be triggered by the actions/status of family members and associates.
