When browsing items, Ebay is getting slower to react. To the point of freezing. All other sites are working fine. Any suggestions?

Try this, may be it is your computer and not eBay, If NBN or ADSL turn off the computer and the router at the wall. Reboot the whole system. Run your anti-virus, such as McAfee, or Windows Defender, and do a full scan. Then clear all cookies, history and cached data.
Then turn off power for the computer and router and NBN equipment at the wall again.
After 5 minutes reboot. Then log on. Do not use Internet explorer switch to Microsoft EDGE that comes with Windows 10.

Shock horror, not everyone has windoze 10. I don't. I have no idea what EDGE even is. I've found the ad blockers tend to fix these kinds of issues. Members that come back usually say that it's fixed the problem too. Sadly, a lot don't come back and say if it worked or not.

As Tippy says, not everyone has Windows 10 but Chrome and Firefox work well for me on Windows 8 and my OH still has Windows 7 on his old laptop and finds they both work well.

I totally agree with you that ebay for some reason is the slowest site compared to other sites to load.
I have windows 10 and I have adblocker and I clear all the cookies and caches and still ebay just doesn't load at the speed that it should.
I now have a snipe system in place lol because when I used to input a bid it took around 5 seconds to load when it should load straight away and it made my bid void as it didn't go through in time.
I know everyone keeps stating that it isn't ebay that it's the computer, well I have the Internet at the highest speed but ebay still loads at snail pace lol.
