item purchased didnt work, very frustrated as seller has not replaced or refunded. I contacted the seller on the last day of the return policy, as I was trying to get it to go, REMOVED have not been helpful

When a seller is not helpful, you have to stop communicating with them and open a case for INAD (you have 30 days since the last day of the estimated delivery on eBay and 180 days since the purchase in PayPal, if you used it to pay).
It is useless to try to communicate with sellers who are not willing to help and if you wait too long you won't be able to open an eBay case any more.

So you wait until the last day of the returns policy, then expect help, Sorry but you need to take responsibility for your own actions.
Also I would be interested in what your comment ''as I was trying to get it to go'' means. What actually did you try?

If you are having an issue with a product and you dont have any luck getting it to work you then contact the seller. The last day of trying still is in the allowed time frame for a return.
Running fault checks, checking connections, using a multimeter, contacting forums to see what could be the issue.

So what would be the problem with contacting the seller on the last day of trying to get a product to go? still within the time frame for a return!
Responsibility is with the seller selling a faulty product, I am sure you can understand that!!!

I contacted the seller, and waited for a reply. Never received a faulty product before so being nieve I kept trying to get it to go.

The seller is registered in china, so you are probably not going to get much help. I did note this morning their store and listings were not visible, but is all showing now. Might have been a glitch, but also they may have been in ebali, and as such may not have received your message.
