Help buton on my ebay

If you stop yelling at other members and explain, we can try to help

Are you saying you want to return an item?

Is it a change of mind return? (and if so does the seller accept change of mind returns?)

OR

Is it an item not as described

*If* so have you opened a not as described dispute

Are you within the time limit to do so?

Did you buy as a guest?

Try another browser to rule out a browser issue.

Try another network connection if you are using a VPN, hotspot or Starlink network.

Try another link to rule out a bad link. If you are returning an item, try starting here:

https://www.ebay.com.au/help/buying/returns-items-not-received-refunds-buyers/return-item-refund?id=...

If none of that work, try using the eBay app to start the return.

" ON MY EBAY HELP I CANOT GET HELP "

You don't need to contact eBay Help.

If you've received an item not as described / faulty etc,  and it's still within 30 days of receiving it, go to your Purchase History page and open a return request using the reason 'item not as described' .

This will open a claim  through eBay's Money Back Guarantee

https://www.ebay.com.au/help/policies/ebay-money-back-guarantee-policy/ebay-money-back-guarantee-pol...

The seller will have 3 business days to issue you with a return label with tracking.

If the seller doesn't respond during that time, you can ask eBay to step in and you'll be refunded.

If you purchased as a guest, the information in this link will show you what to do

https://www.ebay.com.au/help/buying/returns-items-not-received-refunds-buyers/returning-item/returni...

If you've left it too late , as a very last option, you could try a chargeback through your bank
