How do you contact an online chat agent from EBay?

Is it still possible to have an online chat with an agent? I cannot upload images for a return request. Help only seems to re-direct me to how to do a return request. Duh -- I know that. Getting online help via chat used to be easy. Not any more.  I guess getting rid of the staff meant an extra 0.1% profit for EBay...

Apologies... not too much help here... others will be along.

I have never been required to upload images for a return.... it is like conversation on honeymoon.

What is the reason for the return?

If you go to Home - Help - Buying - Check the status of your return or missing item request - My requests,

then select your request and go to details, you should be able to upload images.
