I am unable to return an item as does not appear in purchase history. What to do?

I understand that to return an item I need to select in purchase history & go from there re shipping etc. I cannot locate item in purchase history as does not appear.

I'm assuming you have either been in contact with the seller who has agreed to the return, or otherwise been instructed by eBay to return it?

Have you changed the time period in the dropdown menu in your purchase history?

Scroll to the bottom of the page in Purchase History.

There you will see a category 'Returned Items'
