Recentley change my eBay to business registered a ABN under a Trust option on ebay only to have all payments in and out frozen for almost 3 weeks now business efectivley closed.
I have just been informed that managed payments and Trusts have a issue and ebay cant accept payments. If this is so why do they offer it as a option in the business section? Lost over $30,000+ in sales spoken to over 30+ ebay agents on the phone and chat and im still dead in the water so sales and no payments out over $5000 in payouts held.
I have had this ebay account since 2006 never missed a payment or anything.
Asked ebay for a time frame no idea asked ebay can they help with fees ect when i can sell again no sorry this isnt a option.
What can you do?

Any chance you can go back to how it was, not registered with ABN or Trust ? Sorry I am no help at all really.
Maybe post this over on Discussion boards and tomorrow you may be lucky enough to have a seller who has experienced this, a lot of us don't read here much

Is your bank acc also a trust acc. I read somewhere that not only the acc names need to match but also the acc types

Hi yes our bank account is listed the same as the business as advised by ebay, i spoke again to chat it seems they have no code for managed payments and a business being a trust so three weeks no sales because no one at ebay planed for managed payments and a trust type business. And still it has not been fixed there solution is to put me back to Paypal payments i asked if they could do this three weeks ago got told no.

Your OP account that you first posted with has had 49 sales this month, and this second account you posted with has had 60+, so I can see how you haven't had any sales for 3 weeks.
I hope you manage to get your payments sorted though. Keep hounding them.

You know anyone can see your completed listings, right?
All those green amounts shows sales , almost daily since early Jan
Somehow I am missing how that is no sales in 3 weeks
Unless you mean no sales of a 'certain thing' (but you did not say that)

No the first post is my ebay page that has had NO Sales in 3 weeks its taken me almost 3 yrs to get that page to were it is. Yes i opened a back up page that has to start from scratch $15,000 selling limit Paypal fees higher selling fees no feedback money kept by Paypal for 21 days do you guys really understand how ebay works? You cant just opena dn be a top rated seller next week can you? Do you want me to post sales figures to prove you wrong? Maybe you could actually offer some advice rather than snide comments. Of course i opened a new store i have no income is that so hard to understand?

And the listed sales are all still pending as the money sent bounces back to the buyer so yes no sales and unhappy ebay customers because of a managed payment glitch that has taken 3 weeks not to be fixed.

why did you sign up to managed payments??? when there a MASSAVE warning on the sign up process that if you are one of the following do not sign up and click here.
Taken from the managed payment sign up page
Managed payments provides sellers one place to sell and get paid, and buyers more ways to pay.
eBay will require all marketplace sellers in Australia to register for managed payments in 2021. Get ready and complete registration now.
PLEASE NOTE: If your business entity is a trust, partnership, cooperative or association please do not register for managed payments at this time. Instead, you are required to click HERE to provide additional information about your business.
