Im trying to open a dispute and the online form has some kind of ICT issue and wont accept it.

All day Ive tried to submit a dispute on both the App and PC and the webform just keeps coming up with errors.
One error said it was a known issue and they were working on it. But that was 5hrs ago. Whats going on?

What type of "dispute?

Are you the buyer or the seller?

Are you within specified time limits?

What sort of dispute would be handy information.

For example an item not received dispute cannot be opened before the last estimated delivery date.

I think they gave you the answer ''One error said it was a known issue and they were working on it.''  IT issues can sometimes be complex to solve.
