LOG IN Multiple account User Has been altered and not working

I have a buyers account and a sellers acount as many ebayers do.

The log in process has been changed and is simply not working.

I Log in to one account and it logs in to another account not the one i want.

This needs to be fixed eBay.

 

I still cannot log in to my seller account as the log in will only log in to another account.

(Tried over 100 times)

will cleatr cach and see what happens

eBay If its not broken why change it. There will be some excuse that will make it my faulf **bleep**

Try this, may be it is your computer and not eBay, If NBN or ADSL turn off the computer and the router at the wall. Reboot the whole system. Run your anti-virus, such as McAfee, or Windows Defender, and do a full scan. Then clear all cookies, history and cached data.
Then turn off power for the computer and router and NBN equipment at the wall again.
After 5 minutes reboot. Then log on. Do not use Internet explorer switch to Microsoft EDGE that comes with Windows 10.

Nobody from eBay reads people's posts here, you need to contact them if you want to 'tell' eBay

 

Since you have made up your mind that  people here are going to tell you the possible cause is  'bleep' , I am not even going to bother  to suggest what might be happening here

We've had that problem for a while.

We didn't want to use a different browser for each account, so found another way.

Change the account from the password screen as well as the userid screen and you should be able to log in.

It's not ideal, but only an extra step and has been working for us for a few months.

It has nothing to do with your NBN or whether you use some program on windoze 10. It is a fault with the site and has been for awhile. What I do is, add the appropriate email adress / username. Then on the next screen where it asks for the password, manually enter the password. That should work.

 

Checking for a browser update can help too.
