Lead photo not appearing in Active Listings line up

I am listing from Auctiva and the last 6/7 listings that I have posted are not featuring the lead photo in the eBay Active Listings line up. I have removed them and relisted but they are still showing up as grey boxes. Anyone else having this difficulty? If you press View Listings you will see the issue with the last 6/7 postings.

Hi Val,

I am not a seller so have no advice to offer other than to say that I have noticed the problem with several sellers in the last 48 hours.

Hi - I list via Auctiva as well. I am having the same issue. I have tried relisting and selling similar via the seller hub and also via Auctiva and like you, it is random as to which listings are successful. I had a live chat with customer service this afternoon and the rep said they would report it to their tech support team. It is very annoying and time consuming. Fingers crossed it is fixed soon. Maybe if more people make a report they will look into it sooner.

I have the same problem and I also upload my listings from Auctiva.

Ebay customer help said it was an intermitant glich and they are working on it.

 Hi Val, I also list with Auctiva and having the same issue. I have tried revising, deleting, changing photos, repeat photo uploading. Have contacted EBAY chat who confirms it is a system issue within EBAY. They are unable to provide a timeframe when the issue will be recified. Cheers,

I also list with Auctiva but the issue seems to be resolved now
