I have sold 4 items to the same buyer and none have been paid for. From
the feedback I also see that another seller has had 2 items not paid for
and a further seller appears to have sent the items before it cleared
PayPal and didn't get paid either.
I have just received a Negative Feedback when the Buyer and Seller
agreed not to complete the transaction. The buyer had not paid and the
seller had not shipped. In this case, can the Negative Feedback be
removed?
You can still leave Feedback for the Seller as the deal was Mutually
Cancelled. I agree that it is a very irritating scenario but you lost
any leverage when you agreed to cancel the transaction.
The purchaser has been sending text messages so surely it would be too
easy to take a quick photo of the tickets and sms that to you too as
proof. I think you were very generous refunding before it was proven to
you that you had in fact sent the wron...
