Listings stay active when you're out of stock keeps turning on

Is anyone having an issue where the "Listings stay active when you're out of stock" option keeps turning on?

Every day I'm turning this option off and the next day it is on again..

I have contacted support and they have told me they can guarantee it wont be turning itself on..

Well I know I am not turning it on..

Does anyone have any ideas why it keeps being activated?  It is really frustrating. I sell one off items and don't need to track inventory.  It gets annoying going through and deleting all the 0 quantity items.

If you are selling one off items, why do you even have the out of stock option turned on?

I never turned it on.

I only noticed it was on as  I noticed i started getting items listed with 0 quantity instead of ending

It keeps turning itself on and it did  again this morning

Turned itself on again today.... There has to be some sort of system glitch.. I don't understand why the setting is turning on... I don't want it on and never put it on...

You probably should get in touch with ebay and see if they can fix it. Click on help at the bottom of the page.

Yeah I've contacted them  many times and they tel l me  "They promise promise it won't be turning it self on.."

And yet again this morning it is on again. I guess i';ll try contacting them again.

Yes, I'm having this issue. It's ever since I signed up for, then cancelled ebaymag. Instead of ending, all my sold listings now show as active listings with 0 quantity.
