I need to return an item
i have returned it via courier and when I open the return request I press on the button “mark as sent”
it then proceeds for me to confirm the return shipping number
it asks me to confirm
when I press the confirm button it doesn’t proceed any further
in result I can’t finish the return process as it won’t let me inform the sender I’ve sent it back
