Hi,
I’ve been trying to message a buyer informing them that their custom order is listed. I’m using Safari on my iPad. I’ve also tried via desktop and same issue.
I’m getting a response saying not delivered. I’m getting that response on iPad and desktop. I have tried sending a new message as well as replying same response, message not delivered.
I’ve cleared cache and rebooted both iPad and desktop, same response.
Any suggestions or help would be great.

Are you sending the message through eBay messaging?
That is the only way you can contact a buyer before a sale. And it shouldn't matter what OS you are using.

Yes I’m sending through eBay messages as it’s the only way I can contact her. Customer service have done nothing. Issue is still active.

When you contacted customer service, did you speak to a human agent or the auto-bot?
And if a human, did they tell you it will be escalated to tech and resolved in 24-48 hours? (which it hasn't and it won't)

Hi,
I contacted them via chat and I’m pretty sure it was a human. They told me it had been passed up the chain, but said nothing about it being solved in 24-48 hours.

Ok, that is their usual (scripted) response, which is why I asked, and so you know if they did say that, not to 'rely' on it
Having a think about what I can think of to suggest trying

Yes I know. I got onto them again, took a screenshot of the error (which they could’ve asked for yesterday) and was told it’s been escalated, again. I hope this is fixed soon. I only have eBay as a way of contact.

If the buyer is also a seller, you could message them through one of their items
