Missing Categories in Search

Hey guys, I’m having an issue with the page

Essentially, it appears all of my categories that have subcategories, are missing from the Search function on this page. As in, if I click the “All Categories” tab, only categories without subcategories now display as an option, listings still appear if I search individually, and all the categories are still there in the Edit Store Categories page etc, showing currently, just lost all function in the page listed above… anyone else experience the same issue? Any fixes?

That link is to Active Listings. As advertised in the link title.

It has nothing to do with a store.

I have found if I want to view what my store items/categories are, doing it through my store is the best option.

No, sorry, I mean to say, on the active listings page, up until a few days ago, I was able to select a category from my store in the drop down menu, to be able to look add, adjust, modify, edit the listings in that given category.

However, now, if the category has subcategories, it's no longer there.

I've never had that option as far as I know.

I do tend to micromanage, so have never sought the option.

I still get categories and sub categories on the active listing page.  Is it possible you have store categories instead of Ebay categories ticked.   as mine defaults to store categories.  so you need to swap over

I checked, and have the same problem as the OP.

"eBay categories" work OK, but when I tick "store categories", the only ones showing are a couple without sub-categories.  All the others which do have sub-categories are missing.

OK, a temporary glitch.  They're back now.
