Hi. My eBay page has lost record of all transactions. No purchased or sold items are there anymore.

Did you sign in with your Facebook or Google/gmail account instead of with your email and password?

You've not really given other members anything to go on so we can only guess possible causes 

Any defects? suspensions? warnings from eBay?

The default view when using a desktop browser is the last sixty days. If your purchases are older than that, change the date range at the top of the purchase history page.
