I am using the new payment system. My first multi item order was received this morning (she purchased two seperate items) and the buyer said she couldn't get the postage to combine at checkout and got charged twice for postage. Is this an issue under the new payment system?

No I have the box ticked in the listing, so it suppose to combine automatically
