SICK AND TIRED OF CONSTANTLY HAVING PROBLEMS TRYING TO UPLOAD TRACKING ON ITEMS THAT I HAVE MAILED. I HAVE BEEN SELLING WITH EBAY FOR OVER 20 + YEARS SO NOT A TOTAL NOVICE.
THE PROBLEM IS THIS I CAN ENTER THE DETAILS IN EACH BOX BUT EITHER THE ENTER BOX IS "GHOSTED GREY " OR WHEN YOU GO TO CLICK ON THE ENTER BUTTON THE TRACKING NUMBER ENTERED DELETS ITS SELF. I KNOW THIS IS AN EBAY PROBLEM S SOME TIMES INFORMATION WILL ENTER AND SOME TIMES IT WONT. SO I AM NOT DOING ANYTHING DIFFERENT. I HAVE REPORTED THE ISSUE AND AM PROMISED THE PROBLEM WILL BE LOOKED INTO BUT NOTHING CHANGES. I BELIEVE SELLER SERVICE SADLY HAS SLIPPED.

If I add a tracking number AND the carrier, they always go through.
Maybe it is your computer. Your caps lock key seems to be stuck on, so who knows what other issues it has.

Strange, I don't get an enter button when I manually add tracking. After entering tracking number and carrier, I can only select save & Continue or cancel.
