For the last few years whenever we list an item we use a weight based postage set policies (eg. .50kg, .75kgs, ec..) and when we wanted to alter something for one specific item we could use the "Edit cost for this item" this allows us to keep the default weight specific pricing structure and edit where we need for new listings.
This function is still an option as the drop down box selection is still available but no longer works - it now asks to create a complete new policy. This is a time waster for any business and after spending hours with eBay help who were unfortunately unhelpful and seemed very disinterested, (Transferred many times) they basically told us to create new policies each time.
I was wondering if anyone else has had this issue/having this issue and found a fix?
