It's possible that it's a glitch; there was something certainly about half an hour ago preventing eBay from loading properly.
Which browser are you using? (It's suggested that you use Firefox or Google Chrome rather than IE, so that eBay willl render correctly.)
If the issue is something else, hopefully a fellow seller will post here with helpful information.
