Hi all.
I'm at a loss. I have created an account for a staff member to log in and manage payments / refunds / disputes etc. I have ticked all permissions in Team Access yet they cannot see the refunds page. I have since re-ticked and saved all permissions but that doesn't help. I can see all options including refunds from the main account. The whole point of team access is they have their own 2FA, so we can all get on with our work. Thank you
