Hello - I have been selling the last year with ebay and have already verified my account for bank deposits etc. Today I recive a message saying I need to verify my account details again despite already doing this and I have already been recieving payments from my sold items - my payments are now locked while ebay verifies agai. I have also tried contacting ebay support but can't get through as I receive this error message:
"Something went wrong. Please try again later. You can also get more info searching online help- online help, or you can contact an agent."
How do I get in contact with ebay support then if I can not via the help?

Try again, or Facebook……have you sold something more expensive than usual?

On the off chance you're trying to reply to an eBay message, check the bottom of the message and make sure it doesn't show: " Please don't reply to this message. It was sent from an address that doesn't accept incoming email"
Likewise with emails from no.reply@ebay.com
Try again in working hours .
Go to eBay Help at the top of the page and when you get to the automated assistant, ask to speak to an agent

eBay periodically require sellers to re-verify their details.
I choose micropayments as that's the simplest.
