Buyers' feedback is subjective. Little recourse there.

Also chat is not a 24/7 facility.

Maybe try during advertised hours.

I ended up ask for call me. On the phone with them for 30 minutes they can’t figure out why.  They got rid of me saying some users reported call you not working and only chat with us work. 

I preferred to use chat than call function.

Have you actually written what your problem is instead of just Hi?

If you don't tell them what the issue is, they make think it's just someone mucking around.
