No not just freaky friday I have had this trouble all week. I have even tried closing my account as I no longer trust ebay they make sure that you can not contact them at all.

Yes, as I said, it has been all week

Why can't you contact them? what happened when you try to use Live Chat?

The call center has been closed for several months now due to Coronavirus but that was advised before they did it

If you have an adblocker, disable it.  That works.

There is a help tab at the top and bottom of every page, Live Chat is there and it *should* work
