Why do ads target me for something I've already bought?
If I've bought something, in most cases I won't want another. It's very annoying
We need more intelligence in the targeted ads by email please.

Ignore?
You have shown an interest in a particular product. eBay use low-level bots, which don't take into account purchase history.
eBay do not read or respond to board posts. If you feel the occasional email referring to purchases is intrusive, you would have had to have signed up for eBay Plus. I get daily emails about the efficacy of Plus. I BIN them. Simple. Much more efficacious than complaining on the boards. That eBay don't read.
And it's not a technical issue, anyway.

My Mistake - I thought this was going to eBay.
I have not signed up for plus.
I still think eBay should have more intelligence in their marketing.

You can think what you like. eBay don't really do targetted marketing. They do splatter marketing.
I delete those that don't interest me. Read, and usually delete, those that seem to be of interest. Generally, I delete all of them and read very few.
Rather than complaining about things I can't change, I use the tools available to spend the minimum amount of time necessary to deal with them.
