hi,
we are not recieving:
emails from ebay or paypal when an item sells in my webmail or live mail inbox. this is happening on both my ebay accounts.
We do receive:
- cancellation of order emails from ebay
- messages from members
i can only presume the fault is with ebay. i have checked my setting and prefrences as well as spending 2 hours on the phone with two tech's from ebay plus another 5 hours tring to work it out myself.
i noticed on the forum others were having the same problem.
