You would need to contact the seller and ask.
You don't buy from eBay, you buy from other individuals advertising on the eBay site.
A seller might replace faulty struts, but doubt you will get any satisfaction on damaged items if seller wasn't the installer.

I was going to ask if the seller was also the installer? I think that would be the only way to get the seller for insurance
Unless the installer has verified in writing the product was suppose to be suitable but was faulty/at fault

Seller is registered in China.
Your feedback mentions legal action because their product caused damage.
Can't see any joy in suing a Chinese seller.
But you can open a case for 'Not as described' and at least get your money back
