low sales

I have over 650 items listed. Suddenly my sales dropped right off. when I try to look up my listing I cannot find them. Why??? They are showing as active. Am I doing something wrong???

I sold a couple today on my non-store account.

Which hasn't managed to qualify for 'fee free' as yet.

I suspect a lot of issues, if not all, are down to this massive change, obviously not adequately provided for by eBay in regards to programs, support, testing... intelligence.

I have not been able to access Inventory since Thursday. My store account today has no option for letters, but did yesterday.
