not recieving any emails from ebay

havent been recieving any email notifications from ebay for over a week now and the only help is the automated assistant which is useless

I have the exact same issue, problem with Ebay unlike other organisations is you can’t talk to anyone to sort it out. Ebay’s online help is a total waste of time and NO help at all.

sell your stuff on Facebook Marketplace, cost nothing, sells so much quicker and don’t have all these issues.

OR, you could check your settings. It is not a blanket issue - I'm getting regular email notifications from eBay.

I bet if I check in 6 months you will still be selling here, though.

Further to my June 18th 2024 forum posts in which I said, "The last sold item email notification I received from eBay was on April 7th 2024."

On two separate occasions (June 21st 2024 and July 16th 2024) I used eBay's Customer Service Chat. Both times I was told that eBay was "looking into the best possible solution of the issue" "regarding not receiving email on your sold items".

On July 12th and September 20th 2024 I sold items via eBay, but didn't receive eBay email notifications.

In recent days, I've sold four further items: one on October 18th and three on October 21st 2024.

Without any further contact using eBay's Customer Service Chat, and much to my surprise, I RECEIVED EMAIL NOTIFICATIONS FOR ALL FOUR OF THESE RECENTLY SOLD ITEMS.
