You can contact eBay Australia support via email and phone. Now there is one more option: “We will Call You”. For most of the topic you select in Online Customer Support Center, there is a link “We Will Call You”. Instead of calling eBay AU Support Center, eBay AU will call to the phone number you provide. No calling, no extended wait in the Phone Queue.

Ebay will not contact you because you have posted here.
If you need to contact ebay you need to use the Customer Support link at the top right of the page and then click on Contact Us link and follow the prompts.
I repeat.....Ebay will NOT contact you through this thread.
And anybody can read these boards, so you have just given anybody who wants to know your address and phone number. Beware of scams for at least the next 12 months.

Hi,Could you please contact me regarding a kitchen I won on ebay. They are now saying that they are not accepting my bid, even though it came up as I had won and please pay now. <removed>
Regards
Jane

Jane, this is not an ebay contact thread. They do not read here at all...the boards are run by volunteer members.
If you want to contact ebay you click on the Customer Support tab in the top right of the page, then click on Contact Us and choose a question that is similar to what you want to ask. You should get a phone number and a PIN that you use to identify your account to the ebay rep who answers.
You should never post your private details on a public forum.....I will ask the Moderators to remove it.

The real problem is seller customer support staff are dreadful and it is like hitting your head against a brick wall
The policies eBay have are dreadful and support defamation thereby breaching existing laws about defamation in a country
How can eBay Phillipines have such poor customer support when Telco Telstra Phillipines is so good? It must be poor training, poor policies, poor comprehension and poor employee selection.

You need to contact the seller directly...we are members who volunteer to help with ebay problems.
