eBay Australia Customer Service now offers "We will Call You"

You can contact eBay Australia support via email and phone. Now there is one more option: “We will Call You”.  For most of the topic you select in Online Customer Support Center, there is a link “We Will Call You”. Instead of calling eBay AU Support Center, eBay AU will call to the phone number you provide. No calling, no extended wait in the Phone Queue.

I called ebay support last night and fater waiting to speak to a supervisor for over 30 minutes was told i would rung today tuesday14th october.

it is now 2135pm on tuesday gues what no bloody CONTACT.

 

IT IS ALL ABOUT FEES NOT THE SELLER

(Sigh) does nobody read this thread before posting? I've given up on telling people that we have nothing to do with eBay and am now just concentrating on having the mods remove the phone numbers, although if they had any sense they'd remove this entire thread instead.

I Refer to item no 36066539110  75pcs fishing rod guides line rings ordered 6/10/14  recNo.2286-9573-422008529 expected to arrive by 30/10/14. To date nothing has arrived. This my first experience with Ebay and I am very disapointed.

Have you read any of the posts in this thread?

This is not ebay...we are volunteer members who try to help with problems.  You can contact ebay through the Help and Contact link at the top right of the page.

 

However, you do not need to contact ebay about a missing parcel.

First you  should contact the seller to ask where the item is.  If you have no success with that you go to the paypal Resolution Centre and open a dispute for Item Not Received if it is still within 45 days of having paid for the item.

 

If you have any further questions you should start your own thread....this was not the place to post your problem.  I only replied here because you are new to the boards.
