I just found a customer who open return request at first and I accepted,
however, several days later he change mind and want to keep the item,
but he does not like to close the return request, What should i do?
You answer shows the real ebay. I am not really care the return, if I do
misleading the buyers, I would like to accept the postage and fix my
description then. But, I just hate the buyer made a reason to get
refund.
