Why have all my items from my cart and all my saved items been deleted?

Hi there, For some reason all my items in my shopping cart and my saved items have disappeared...can someone advise why and how i can get them back?

Thanks....have had them in there for a while and it has only happened now so not sure re Friday maintenance....shame thought as I was purchasing each week....don't remember everything that was in there to replace them...oh well.
