Why have all my items from my cart and all my saved items been deleted?

Hi there,

For some reason all my items in my shopping cart and my saved items have disappeared...can someone advise why and how i can get them back?

Could be because it is Friday and as that is ebay maintenance day they might be temporarily invisible

or

Is there another that uses the same account that might have deleted them?

As for getting them back, you would have to put them back the same way you did initially if they do not show again.

Thanks....have had them in there for a while and it has only happened now so not sure re Friday maintenance....shame thought as I was purchasing each week....don't remember everything that was in there to replace them...oh well.

Try logging into the US site - ebay.com - and see if they show up there.

A long shot, but it might work.

If that does not work try going to your computer history and see if it is there.

All the items (over $1000 worth on each occasion) in my shopping cart have disappeared twice in the last few weeks. The 1st time i called ebay and they said its likely because they were in there too long. I told him i had been putting in items on that day prior to the call. They said if that was the case the technicians will put the items back. That never happened. The 2nd it happened time it happened i called and they said they could see the items were still in my cart and told me to relog in and reboot my system. That did nothing and the next day they still didnt reappear. I called them back and they asked if i thought i would the only person this was happening to? I believe he was implying this happens alot.
